A Brief Introduction

Hi, I'm Albert Wang, a Computer Science student at Feng Chia University in Taiwan. I'm passionate about embedded systems, cloud and edge computing, and AI-driven system integration, and I enjoy building systems that truly work from the ground up.

I currently work as a System Engineer at imCloud Co., Ltd., which is Feng Chia University's fourth spin-off company, originated from the Intelligent Machines and Systems Laboratory (IMSL). The company and lab were founded by Prof. Yuan-Jen Chang, who previously served as a visiting scholar at the Center for Intelligent Maintenance Systems (IMS) at the University of Cincinnati, led by Prof. Jay Lee. After returning to Taiwan, Prof. Chang introduced advanced Predictive Health Management (PHM) and smart maintenance technologies, which became the foundation for establishing both IMSL and imCloud. My current work focuses on software development, sensor data acquisition, PHM applications, and AWS Greengrass Core (GGC) services, where I build data ingestion pipelines, device control logic, and IoT edge collaboration systems.

Outside of work, I actively explore various side projects, especially with Raspberry Pi and ESP32. I'm a dedicated DietPi user, often experimenting with lightweight systems for server deployment, automation, and edge computing integration.

I'm also preparing for my next academic step — pursuing a master's degree abroad in Canada or the United States, focusing on AI, data analytics, and predictive maintenance (PHM). To achieve that, I'm improving my English proficiency, aiming to reach IELTS 6 / CEFR B2 within a year.

Beyond programming, I'm passionate about flight simulation (VATSIM Callsign: EVA431), photography, and amateur radio communication (BX7ADG).

I'm also building my personal brand Prisvalis, with the domain prisvalis.com. Although it's still in its early stage, my goal is to turn it into a platform that integrates AI, data, and automation, developing technologies that truly make a difference in everyday life.

簡單小介紹

嗨，我是 Albert Wang，目前就讀於 逢甲大學資訊工程學系。 我對 嵌入式系統、雲端與邊緣運算、AI 應用整合 充滿熱情，也熱愛親手打造能真正運作的系統。

目前在 機智雲股份有限公司（imCloud Co., Ltd.） 擔任 系統工程師。 機智雲為 逢甲大學第四間衍生企業，其技術與研究基礎源自 逢甲大學智慧系統實驗室（IMSL）， 由 張淵仁老師 創立。張老師曾赴美至 辛辛那提大學（University of Cincinnati） 擔任訪問學者， 與 Jay Lee 教授 所領導的 Center for Intelligent Maintenance Systems（IMS） 合作研究， 將智慧維護與預測性健康管理（PHM）等核心技術帶回台灣後，成立了 IMSL 與機智雲。 我目前負責軟體開發、感測器訊號擷取、PHM 與 AWS Greengrass Core（GGC） 相關服務， 專注於資料接收流程、設備控制邏輯與 IoT 邊緣協同架構的開發。

我同時也熱衷於各類開發實驗與 side project，特別是 樹莓派（Raspberry Pi） 與 ESP32。 我是 DietPi 的忠實使用者與愛好者，喜歡在輕量化系統上實作各種伺服器與自動化方案。

除了技術實作，我也在規劃出國深造。 希望在研究所階段前往 加拿大 或 美國，專注於 AI、資料分析與預測性維護（PHM） 相關領域。 為此，我正持續提升英文能力，目標在一年內達到 IELTS 6 / CEFR B2 水準。
